DAINERE BACK IN CANBERRA WHERE SHE BELONGS

25th November 2010

With just a month until Christmas which is such a special yet busy time of the year, I am so pleased to let you all know that Dainere and Yvonne arrived safely in Canberra yesterday afternoon.  They went straight to Canberra Hospital which we are pleased to report is a much more nurturing and clean place compared to Sydney.

Dainere now just wants to be back home in her own bed giving Tinkerbelle lots of cuddles, this has been such a dreadful ordeal for the whole family and one which we will try not to let dampen our spirits although it has tested them.

Thank you for all your patience and support throughout the past five weeks.

Hello Dainere, My heart goes out to you and your lovely family, words don't seem adequate enough to describe the ordeal that you all went through in that Sydney hospital. Your strength and positive attitude would have taken a battering indeed. Tap into your strength now and feel blessed that your back home with family and friends that love and care for you, keep smiling and that rainbow of yours is always there getting brighter, you are such a beautiful soul.
Bless you and yours Susan xx

Dear Dainere,

What wonderful news!! Home at last! You have all shown magnificent strength and fortitude over this last, most challenging episode in your lives. May this "countdown" to Christmas be a very special time of togetherness for you all.

Here's hoping it's not long until you are snuggled up in your own bed (or if it's too hot to snuggle, cuddled up with family and Tinkerbelle close by).

Sending loving thoughts and prayers,

Mariannemr

Dear Dainere and Yvonne,
Wonderful to hear that you are both back home with the family! Your experience in Sydney was definitely not what you had expected. Hoping that you can enjoy a more peaceful time now that you are back home.

Dainere, hoping that you are out of hospital very soon and back home with the family and Tinkerbelle. Hope that the challenging experience has not dampened your inspirational spirit. I also hope that the Christmas season brings you lots of special and happy times together with your family.

Thinking of you always.

Lots of love Steph D and family xxx ooo

Hello Dainere and Family!

It's Tracey here from Train for the Brain Fun Run. I am so delighted to hear that you are back in Canberra Dainere, and I hope that you feeling much, much better. I have been following your blog and thinking of you lots.

Thank you for all the inspiration that you and the entire Anthoney family give me - and thank you to your brother, sister and Dad for being at the fun run back in November - it was a wonderful day and we all thought of you Dainere and your incredible strength, courage and compassion! :)

Hope to catch up with you all soon, but in the meantime - you take care Dainere, rest lots and enjoy the gorgeous rain we're having here in Canberra - remember, there is always a rainbow after the rain! :)

Much, much love
Tracey & Sanjeev!

Hello Dainere and Family

Congratulations that you are finally home. I know that you will all be happier and feel secure in your own city.

As Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz said "There's no place like home". She too was following the rainbow. Have you seen that movie? I bet you have. It's a classic all time favourite. Actually, so is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. If you have a chance one day, you should watch those movies. They are wonderful.

Anyway, PRAYERS, THOUGHTS, and LOVE to you all, from Fran xxx
